Complete and submit the booking request (for each room required)
We will reply promptly by email confirming availability, total price and request the 25% deposit (by Paypal or bank transfer)
On receipt of the deposit we shall confirm your booking by email
Five weeks prior to arrival we shall send a reminder email of the balance due payment required four weeks prior to arrival
On receipt of the balance we will send a welcome pack including detailed location instructions
